cIOS Clone Installer (patchmii port) - rev05

http://wiibrew.org/wiki/CIOS_Patchmii_Installer

Description:

This program will download IOS36 from the Nintendo update servers, patch it,
and install it as IOS249--making a completely functional "clone" of Waninkoko's
cIOS rev05. This process does not involve any system-critical parts of the
system, and should be completely safe. Of course, however, this software comes
with no warranty whatsoever.
Also, if this applications detects IOS249 installed, it will attempt
uninstallation. So you can run it once to install, run it again to uninstall.
Pretty simple.

Why:

Waninkoko's cIOS patches are useful, but a couple of barriers prevent many
people from installing it. One, the normal installer requires someone "find,"
build, or dump a WAD of IOS36. Two, some people feel an aversion to
Waninkoko's applications (on which I have no comment). Patchmii has been
out for longer than cIOS, and it's perfect for the task. I finally found a use
for cIOS and decided this might be useful in helping surmount the
aforementioned barriers.

Differences:

All of the patches are the same. Although I haven't checked, I'd be willing
to bet that the patched IOS modules have the same produced sha-1 hash
as Waninkoko's installer generates. Except for Content 0 ;-)

Changelog:

rev05 v1:
-Added ES_CloseContent patch (completes ES_OpenTitleContent patches)
-NO DIP MODULE, DO NOT ASK FOR IT
 -Some minor code changes
rev04 v2:
-Fixed a failed patch (DVD LowUnencryptedRead limit patch)
 -Updated some cosmetic details
rev04:
 -Updated to IOS36/cIOS rev04.
rev03 v2:
 -Fixed a failed patch (was patching old_match to old_match :] )
rev03:
 -Initial release, for rev03

License:

Patchmii is licensed under the GPLv2, and as such a copy of the license is
included. Some non-patchmii material is under a BSD-like license.

Have fun guys :)
