Change log (1.16):
1.16, the Timer-Interrupt Audio Edition

* Audio is now crystal-clear for most games and note lengths don't jump much anymore.
* Controls are now synchronised perfectly without hacks.
* Auto frame skipping skips FAR fewer frames (> 50%). The auto frame skip expected that it needed to deal with the latency of frame rendering more than the latency of audio. With the audio fixed, the expectations of automatic frame skipping are met.

This makes at least the following games playable on auto frameskip:
* Super Mario World / All-Stars, Donkey Kong Country, Mega Man, Super Metroid, and platformers in general, which need very precise controls.
* Games of Super Bomberman, all versions.
* The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, with its rain sequence and sword handling.
* Chrono Trigger, Secret of Mana, Final Fantasy, all versions. RPGs need high frame rates during battle sequences.
* Tetris & Dr. Mario and Yoshi's Cookie, which need very precise controls.

This SLIGHTLY affects (~15%):
* Yoshi's Island, Kirby Super Star, etc. (SA-1 chip emulation still slows things down).
* Starfox, Pilotwings, F1 ROC: Race of Champions, etc. (pseudo 3D emulation still slows things down).
