Lots of Wii-modifying homebrew requires the use of the Trucha bug. However, when you update your Wii, you lose this bug. Trucha Bug Restorer aims to reintroduce it, so you can get back to installing cIOSes for homebrew.

THIS IS STILL NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE SYSTEM MENU 4.3 UPDATE.

- added proper error messages when trying to downgrade IOS15
- updated to the IOS versions of the 4.3 update (TBR can't downgrade IOS15 using one of those)
