Patches Wii ISOs in an attempt to make them playable on foreign region consoles.

Changelog:

Firstly, the region patching is the same. So whats new?
+ partition management, extract/inject/md5sum etc. (right-click it)
+ better detection of patched isos (could also md5 game partition)
+ more ISO info, see .ini file to update gamecode ids
