True Blue Dongle ist ein ganz neues Jailbreak Dongle für die PS3, mit dem Spiele, die eine PS3-Firmware ab v3.60 aufwärts (bis zu 3.73) voraussetzen, auf normalen BD-R Rohlingen gestartet werden können. True Blue PS3 Update V2.2 war veröffentlicht. Mit dieser Version können Spiele nicht nur von Blu-ray, sondern auch von der Festplatte abgespielt werden.
