Dreamshell is a homebrew BIO's replacement for the Dreamcast. It was created by Swat. Dreamshell can do a wide verity of things like change the Regions, boot games from SD, and even boot from an SD card itself.
It can also replace your current BIOS if you have a BIOs mod!
