Simple app that, when run, boots GBA games from the slot-2 and applies a frame around the empty screen area from the gbaframe.bmp file. Useful alongside flashcart firmwares that lack a boot GBA option, or the ability to put a frame around it when doing so. For example, the Supercard EOS lacks a boot to GBA feature.
