       Display value of a symbolic link on standard output.

       --ff, ----ccaannoonniiccaalliizzee
              canonicalize  by  following  every symlink in
              every component of the given name recursively;
              all  but  the  last  component  must exist

       --ee,
       ----ccaannoonniiccaalliizzee--eexxiissttiinngg
              canonicalize  by  following  every symlink in
              every component of the given name recursively,
              all components must exist

       --mm,
       ----ccaannoonniiccaalliizzee--mmiissssiinngg
              canonicalize by following every symlink in  every
              component  of the  given  name recursively,
              without requirements on components existence

       --nn, ----nnoo--nneewwlliinnee
              do not output the trailing newline

       --qq, ----qquuiieett,

       --ss, ----ssiilleenntt
              suppress most error messages

       --vv, ----vveerrbboossee
              report error messages

       ----hheellpp display this help and exit
