DDEESSCCRRIIPPTTIIOONN
       Output  a  permuted index, including context, of the
       words in the input files.

       Mandatory arguments to long options are  mandatory
       for  short  options too.

       --AA, ----aauuttoo--rreeffeerreennccee
              output automatically generated references

       --GG, ----ttrraaddiittiioonnaall
              behave more like System V `ptx'

       --FF,
       ----ffllaagg--ttrruunnccaattiioonn=_S_T_R_I_N_G
              use STRING for flagging line truncations

              macro name to use instead of `xx'
